Returns

Making the right decision for your perfect day is not an easy thing: we are sure you will love our unique selection of products, but we understand that on occasion you may want to return an item. We offer a 10 day money back or exchange policy (excluding our postage and merchant services fees). This is subject to the contion that returned goods arrive in a perfect, unused state. We recommend you use recorded delivery and insure items if returning, as we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in the post on return to us. You will then be contacted within 7 days to arrange a refund or exchange. Please contact us before returning any goods to request a returns form.

We understand that when you are planning a big celebration you may need to buy in multiple quantities, which is why we charge postage and packaging according to weight and not individual items. This saves you money. Better still, spend over £200 and we'll deliver it all for free! HIRE: Please contact to discuss Delivery option for our hire range. This is also free for orders over £200 if you live within a 30 mile radius of Nottingham.

Delivery / Availability

Although many of our items may reach you much earlier please allow 10-14 working days for delivery. Our silk flower arrangements may take a little longer, as they are handmade to order.

We endeavour to fulfill orders in the quickest time possible. However, on rare occasions when items are unavailable, we may suggest similar products to avoid any undue delay. In this event we would contact you before shipping and ensure you were fully satisfied with your selected products.

We will deliever to the address supplied in the order process; deliveries will require a signature on reciept. Items not available to be recieved will be returned to Royal Mail depot and you will be informed of a collection point. Parcels will be returned to us after 1 week and will incur a further delivery charge to be re-sent. We are happy to post to work addresses if you have permission, please indicate when ordering.
