This is subject to the condition that returned goods arrive in a perfect, unused state. We recommend that you use recorded delivery and insure items if returning, as we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in the post on return to us. You will then be contacted within 7 days to arrange a refund or exchange.

We understand that when you are planning a big celebration you may need to buy in multiple quantities, which is why we charge postage and packaging according to weight and not individual items. This saves you money. Better still, spend over £200 and we'll deliver it all for free!
